Comprehensive Group Travel Insurance

The minimum group size is 5 employees.

Premium is paid based on the plan option(s) chosen from the coverage table. The minimum group premium is RM750 (excluding Service Tax and Stamp Duty). Premium is payable annually and payment must be made 60 days within the inception of the policy.

Commission is payable up to 25% and stamp duty is RM10 per policy. Service Tax is applicable for Domestic Option only.

• i) All claims must be notified within 30 days from the date of loss.
• ii) All supporting documents proving the loss must be submitted within 60 days from the date of loss.
• iii) No claim can be admissible if notified one year from the date of loss.
• iv) All claims will be paid to the employer.

Each employee must be 18 years above and below the age of 70 to qualify, cover is up to the age of 75. Age will be based on your last birthday.

An employer may cancel the policy at any time by providing a 30 days written notice. The employer will be entitled to a refund of the premium on a prorate basis for the unexpired period of insurance.
